1. Overview

By purchasing from Wild Woman Enterprise — whether online through this website or in person at a market or event — you agree to these terms and conditions. Wild Woman Enterprise is operated by Lindsay, a sole trader operating out of a farm studio.

Products include hand-stamped leather goods, spray paint art canvases, and potted plants with QR-coded care cards.

2. Custom & Personalised Orders

Most leather goods are made-to-order with personalised stamping. Once a custom order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty.

Please double-check all personalisation details (names, initials, text) before submitting your order. Wild Woman Enterprise is not responsible for errors confirmed by the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices listed on the site are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice, but any order already confirmed will be honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing time for custom leather goods is typically 3–7 business days.
• Shipping timelines vary by location. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
• Wild Woman Enterprise is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.
• Plants are available for local pickup or local delivery only. Shipping of live plants is not currently offered.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalised nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, we will always work with you if something arrives damaged or faulty.

• Faulty or damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• Non-faulty personalised items: Not eligible for return or refund.
• Art canvases: All sales are final. Colours may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of spray paint art.
• Plants: Not eligible for return once accepted at pickup/delivery. Care information is provided via QR code.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Wild Woman Enterprise. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of these materials without written permission.

Spray paint art canvases are sold as physical originals. The copyright of the artwork remains with Wild Woman Enterprise unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Event Bookings

For college and corporate event bookings, Wild Woman Enterprise is represented by Everything But The Mime Entertainment. Booking terms for live events are governed by a separate agreement provided at the time of booking.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wild Woman Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to any customer for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
